Job Summary:

The Marketing Professional is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that promote Toyota vehicles, products, and services. This role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and field marketing activities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. The position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Promotional Activities:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and dealership events.
    • Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Customer Engagement & Relations:
    • Serve as a front-line representative of Toyota Cagayan de Oro, engaging customers professionally and courteously.
    • Provide accurate product information and assist potential customers with inquiries and referrals to the sales team.
  • Sales Support & Lead Management:
    • Support the sales team by generating, qualifying, and endorsing leads.
    • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with dealership objectives.
    • Prepare basic marketing reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Process & Compliance:
    • Adhere to Toyota standards, dealership policies, and established marketing procedures.
    • Perform assigned tasks efficiently within a structured and process-driven work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • With a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Able to deal effectively and diplomatically with a variety of individuals
  • Customer service-oriented, adaptable, flexible, and willing to do fieldwork
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
  • Work experience related to sales is an advantage
