Job Summary:
The Admin Staff [Reliever] plays a crucial role in providing administrative support across various departments during temporary staff absences. This position requires a highly adaptable, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for assigned departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate with different departments to address and fulfill administrative needs.
- Support team members with clerical tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
- Act as a temporary point of contact for administrative matters during staff absences.
