Job Summary:
As a Collection Staff at Toyota Cagayan de Oro, you will play a critical role in managing and ensuring the timely collection of payments from customers. Your strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, will contribute to the efficient operation of the collection process. You will collaborate with both customers and internal teams, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, honesty, and credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the collection process for outstanding payments from customers.
- Monitor and track accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate appropriate actions.
- Communicate with customers to remind them of payment obligations and negotiate payment terms when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and finance, to resolve payment discrepancies and customer concerns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of payment transactions and collection activities.
- Generate and review collection reports to identify trends and patterns.
- Provide regular updates to the management team regarding collection activities and progress.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with customers, maintaining the reputation of the dealership.
