Job Summary:

As a Customer Relations Officer at Toyota Cagayan de Oro, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional customer experiences. Your primary role involves building strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, and pleasing personality, you will contribute to fostering positive customer relationships and promoting the Toyota brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Foster positive customer relationships by providing outstanding service and assistance.

  • Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to convey information to customers clearly and effectively.
  • Provide updates, information, and support as needed.
  • Engage in public speaking when necessary, such as during customer orientations or meetings.
  • Represent Toyota Cagayan de Oro with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in responding to changing customer needs and situations.
  • Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to customer challenges.
