Coco Martin Visits Toyota Cagayan de Oro for Tamaraw Caravan

Last August 28, 2025, Kagay-anons were treated to a special visit from none other than Coco Martin, the brand ambassador of the Next Generation Toyota Tamaraw. Excitement filled the air at Toyota Cagayan de Oro’s showroom as fans and customers gathered to welcome the well-loved actor, whose presence made the day truly unforgettable.

The visit was part of the nationwide Tamaraw Caravan, an initiative by Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) in partnership with local dealers to bring the Tamaraw closer to Filipinos. With Cagayan de Oro as one of the highlighted stops — and perfectly timed with the city’s Higalaay festivities — Coco Martin had the chance to meet face-to-face with Toyota customers who value durability, practicality, and efficiency in their vehicles.

Coco also surprised mallgoers at SM CDO Downtown, where Toyota showcased the Next Generation Tamaraw. The display gave Kagay-anons a closer look at how the Tamaraw has evolved through the years — now more versatile, stylish, and customizable to fit modern needs. Many visitors were impressed by the new lineup, recognizing it as the perfect partner for both business and personal use.

From the showroom to the mall, Coco Martin shared his trademark warmth, taking time to connect with fans and embodying the Tamaraw spirit of hard work, resilience, and community.

Launched in 2024, the Next Generation Toyota Tamaraw continues to expand its lineup to serve a wide range of entrepreneurs and industries. With recent additions like the Wing Van, Food Truck, and Mobile Store, alongside existing models such as the Dropside, Utility Van, and Aluminum Cargo, the Tamaraw is truly built to move Filipinos forward.

Coco Martin’s visit to Toyota CDO wasn’t just a star-studded moment — it was a celebration of innovation, progress, and Toyota’s strong connection with the people of the City of Golden Frienship.

Healthy Treats Boost Wellness at Toyota CDO Workplace

At Toyota Cagayan de Oro, we believe that small acts of care can make a big difference—especially when it comes to health and wellness in the workplace.

Our TCO-DESH and TCO Anzen Leaders family surprised team members with fresh, healthy treats to power through the day. The simple gesture brought a welcome boost of energy and a reminder that making better choices—like snacking smart—can lead to sharper minds and stronger bodies.

More than just a quick snack, this initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to building a supportive environment where well-being comes first. A healthy team is a happy team, and we’re proud to keep finding ways to care for the people who drive our success.

At Toyota CDO, we believe that a little goodness every day goes a long way in keeping our workplace strong, focused, and ready for the road ahead.
