TCO’s Corporate Social Responsibility – Tree Planting

Restoring Nature, One Tree at a Time

At Toyota Cagayan de Oro (TCO), we believe in the power of collective action for a greener future. We recently conducted a tree planting activity on July 6, 2024, at Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, aligned with our Corporate Social Responsibility theme. This initiative aimed to contribute to environmental restoration and create a living habitat for birds, demonstrating our commitment to environmental stewardship.

A Day of Unity and Purpose

Our team members and TCO SEED came together for this meaningful event. With shovels in hand and smiles on our faces, we planted numerous trees, each one a symbol of our dedication to preserving and enhancing our natural surroundings. The activity not only helped restore the local environment but also fostered a sense of unity and purpose.

The Importance of Tree Planting

Tree planting is a vital part of environmental conservation. Trees help combat climate change by absorbing carbon dioxide, providing habitats for wildlife, and contributing to the overall health of ecosystems. Participating in this activity, TCO reaffirms our role in promoting sustainable practices and protecting our planet for future generations.

Thank You to Our Partners

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all team members and partners who joined us in this endeavor. Your enthusiasm and hard work made this event a resounding success. Together, we are making a positive impact and setting a precedent for others to follow.

Moving Forward

As we move forward, TCO remains committed to our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. We will continue to seek opportunities to engage in activities that benefit the environment and our community. Our goal is to inspire others to take action and contribute to a sustainable and beautiful world.

We invite everyone to join us in our future endeavors. Together, we can make a difference and ensure a greener, healthier planet for all.

Driving Hope: Toyota Cagayan de Oro’s Blood Donation Initiative

At Toyota Cagayan de Oro, we believe in the profound impact of giving back to our community. Recently, we had the privilege of teaming up with the Red Cross CDO for our 1st Quarter Blood Letting Activity, held on March 22, 2024. With enthusiasm and determination, our team members participated wholeheartedly in the bloodletting activity, showcasing the power of corporate social responsibility in driving positive change.

By donating blood, our team members not only contributed to saving lives but also inspired others to join in our mission of spreading compassion and resilience throughout the community.

Beyond addressing the immediate need for blood supply, our collaborative effort with the Red Cross CDO emphasized the transformative power of collective action in fostering hope and resilience within our society. Through acts of kindness and generosity, we have ignited a ripple effect of positivity that will continue to reverberate throughout our community.

We believe that every individual has the power to make a difference. Whether through blood donation, volunteerism, or acts of kindness, each contribution, no matter how small, has the potential to create a brighter future for all. We invite you to join us in our mission of driving hope and positivity within our community.

As we reflect on the success of our 1st Quarter Blood Letting Activity, we are reminded of the incredible impact that collaboration and compassion can have on our society. Together, we have fueled hope, empowered lives, and made a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Let us continue to drive positive change and spread kindness wherever we go.

At Toyota Cagayan de Oro, we understand the importance of prioritizing safety in our community. That’s why we’re excited to share our recent collaboration with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Region 10 for an essential Fire Drill held on March 7, 2024.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated firefighters of BFP10 Station 6 Kauswagan Fire Station COFD for their invaluable support and expertise during the Fire Drill. Their guidance and insights were instrumental in ensuring the success of this initiative, further reinforcing our commitment to safety and community resilience.

At Toyota Cagayan De Oro, safety is at the forefront of everything we do.
